Healthy veg raitha

curd-2 cups
carrot-1/4 cup(grated)
cucumber-1/4 cup(choped)
onion-1/4 cup(finely choped)
tomato-1/4cup(choped)
beet root-1 spoon(finely grated-optional)
black pepper powder-1/2 spoon
salt-to taste

Healthy veg raitha Preparation
Mix all expept curd.leave for 2 min.
finally mix curd & serve with briyani's & roties & chappathies.
